70th Anniversary of the United Nations
The Diplomatic League joins the United Nations and Department of Foreign Affairs as they celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the United Nations.
24 October 1945, marks the signing of the United Nations Charter and thus the official day the United Nations was founded. Seven decades past and here we are celebrating it's founding. More than a time to celebrate it's a time to reflect upon the ideals and aspirations that the UN championed through the years from founding and those to come.
The officers and members of the Diplomatic League expresses their deepest appreciation to DFA Office of United Nations and other International Organizations for the opportunity to share this historic event with distinguished diplomats, and dedicated officers of the DFA and UN.
